Congratulations to EHOVE Adult Career Center students who were awarded scholarships facilitated through the Norwalk Lions Club, which has been very generous by sponsoring scholarships with EHOVE since 2007.
Electrical Technician student Nolan Conney of Norwalk was awarded the Norwalk Lions Bader Summit Motorsports Scholarship in the amount of $1000. The scholarship is from Norwalk Lions Club members and the Bader Family, owners of Summit Motorsports. It is funded entirely by The Norwalk Lions Club through monies earned by volunteer work at park events.
Phlebotomy Technician student Kathy Vanglider of New London was the recipient the $1,000 K. Stone Flickinger and Norwalk Lions Club Scholarship. This award was created in memory of K. Stone Flickinger.
