Careers: Production welder in industry, maintenance welder, custom welding shop

Learn: Gain knowledge and skills to become a proficient welder and test for multiple welding certifications

Skills: Oxy-Fuel & Plasma Arc cutting, Welding processes: SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, layout, drawings, machining

Cool!: Welded products are used in miniature surgical devices, aerospace planes & rockets, all major building structures, and all transportation vehicles.

Certifications: NCCER Welding Level 1 & 2, NCCER Core Curriculum, NCCER Construction Dite Safety; Three AWS Welding qualifications to AWS standards, and Forklift & Scissor Lift

Internship Info: Internship at a local industry during a M-F day shift

Graduates have been employed by: Structural Steel fabricators, medical tool manufacturers, and automotive builders
